Booking Policy

Here at Dragonfly Cottage, we appreciate that due to Covid19 cancellations and changes are currently a fact of life and we will try and be as flexible as possible when you need to change of cancel your booking.

Generally our cancellation policy is that same as on our AirBNB listing however we are a bit more flexible when you book direct with us. Any time you have to cancel or change please give us as much notice as possible, as we can usually re-book dates if we have 2 or more weeks notice

Changes / Cancellations 5 days prior to arrival
Full refund / change of dates (subject to Availability). You will have to pay any difference in rates if applicable and we’ll refund you as well if your new rates are lower

Changes / Cancellations less than 5 days prior to arrival
We generally won’t be able to refund but we are happy to re-book you for alternate available days. You will have to pay any difference in rates if applicable. If you do cancel and we get another late booking for all or some of the days you are booked we’ll refund you those ‘re-booked days’

Changes / Cancellations the day before your arrival
We generally won’t be able to refund or re-book. If we do however get another late booking for all or some of the days you are booked we’ll refund you those ‘re-booked days’

Changes / Cancellations due to Covid-19 (only applicable while it’s still a pandemic)
If you can’t make it due to changes in border restrictions, changes to Quarantine etc that weren’t in effect when you booked we’ll refund you up to the day before your booking.
